Our management team works hard to take care of each property as if it were our own and ensure that every resident has a great place to call home.
Amanda Jacobs
Amanda Jacobs, our Asset Manager, the most senior member of our team and one of the company owners, joined Jacobs Property Management in 1995. She obtained her real estate license in 2004 and her Certified Property Manager designation in 2010. Her favorite food is steak, which is cooked medium rare! Amanda has two beautiful tabby cats named Moana and Lumière. Hmmm...Disney fan?? Her favorite Hobby is reading. She typically reads about 30 books a year, both fiction and Nonfiction. And she's a huge New Kids on the Block fan!
Caryn Stubbs
Caryn Stubbs, our Senior Director of Operations, joined Jacobs Property Management in June of 2008 and earned her Accredited Residential Manager certification in 2011. Here are some fun facts about Caryn: Her favorite kind of food is anything super flavorful - Indian, Thai, Mexican, Mediterranean, and more! In 2023, Caryn inherited her mom’s kitty-cat named Smorkie, and she and her husband brought home a yellow lab puppy named Doc in April 2025. Caryn’s favorite things are family, traveling, being outdoors, eating, and sleeping.
Brittani Humble
Brittani Humble, Property Manager, joined Jacobs Property Management in 2021! Here are some fun facts about Brittani: Her favorite food is anything covered in queso! She's got two Black Labs, Bailey May and Kovu Lou & 1 cute little kitty Named Izzy B! Brittani enjoys outside activities with the kids. Bring on the sunshine and water.
Josh Bender
Josh Bender, is our Maintenance Operations Specialist! He enjoys spending time with his family, he has a Goldendoodle named Penny, he loves to play video games and learn new things!
Hoke Holmes
Hoke Holmes is our in-house maintenance technician. Here are some fun facts about Hoke: He LOVES homemade pizza! He has a Labradoodle. And he loves to go fishing, biking, and camping.
Delton Jacobs
One of our owners, Delton Jacobs, likes relaxing in his retirement and enjoying spending time with his wife and friends. Here are some fun facts about Delton: His favorite food is grilled pork steak, and he loves Mizzou football!
Matt McCune
Matt McCune, our Project Manager, joined Jacobs Property Management in August 2023. His focus is primarily on large maintenance projects, including property exteriors and enhancements, as well as improvements with
property curb appeal. Matt is a graduate of the University of Missouri and enjoys eating pizza, fishing, walking mid-Missouri trails, and trotting the
globe with his wife.
Moriah Hacopian
Moriah Hacopian, joined Jacobs Property Management in 2026 as a Leasing and Resident Relations Specialist team member. She enjoys exploring the outdoors, taking walks in nature, and seeking out new adventures. A fan of Thai and Middle Eastern cuisine, Moriah has also driven across the United States four times and loves discovering new places along the way. She is the proud mom of one son and shares her home with a dog and a cat.
Kelley Phillips
Kelley Phillips, Executive Assistant to Amanda. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her son and golden retriever, Goose. She loves getting lost in a good book, baking, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places through travel. Montana is her favorite destinations, and always looking forward to her next trip. Kelley enjoys a good balance of adventure, family time, and the simple things that make life enjoyable.
